Established 45 years ago by Tanis & Geoff Gosling, The Witch’s Cauldron has become a landmark restaurant synonymous with Subiaco. It has enjoyed an illustrious history and developed an outstanding reputation for quality backed by countless awards.
In addition to the Witch’s famous food they offer the best of Australian wines. Cellar Masters Darren O’Brien and Callum Ellis have explored and achieved an extensive list of the states best offerings. The Witch’s wine list does however provide patrons with the wine choices from all over Australia, New Zealand, France, Italy and more.
